Description: Biography of the Muslim scholar of Sudan 'Abdu al-Aziz al-Dabbagh Muhammad Abdu al-Majid. Born in Sennar in 1301 AH and later settled in the city of Omdurman. He excelled in Maliki jurisprudence, Al-Khalil’s summary and exegesis, monotheism, theology and Hadith's science.

The popular songs that were sung for enthusiasm, exile and against colonalism, so the recording and preservation of these villas and marches as a military cultural heritage leads to the origin of the march of Sudanese art, which can be added to the history of Sudanese and military music.

Description: St Matthew’s Catholic Cathedral is located on the bank of the Blue Nile, next to the El Mek Nimir Bridge, Khartoum. It is the seat of the Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Khartoum, under the patronage of Saint Matthew the Apostle. The cathedral was completed in 1908, built in the neo-Romanesque style. The cathedral replaced a small church, built in 1847 to serve as the cathedral church after the Apostolic Vicariate of Sudan or Central-Africa was erected here in 1846, and that was destroyed when Khartoum was taken over by the Mahdistas in 1885.
