The Fur are a people of Western Sudan who live in the Darfur region and live on agriculture. Their mother tongue is the Fur language, and they are also fluent in the Arabic language. Fur condemns the Islamic religion. The Darfur region was named after them, meaning Dar Al Fur.
Jebel Marra is a group of volcanic peaks, rising to 3,000 meters. It is located in the state of West Darfur in the Darfur region in Sudan, and the Fur and Zaghawa tribes live next to it. The highest point in the mountain is considered to be a moderate climate.
