Airline Timetable Images is a website devoted to collecting airline timetables and airline baggage labels, old and new. This includes over 6100 pages with 52,000 collection images from over 3250 different airlines, and is still growing. This includes a number of Sudan Airways timetables dating from 1948-87. Sudan Airways is the national airline of Sudan and one of the first African airlines, formed in 1946 with the technical assistance of Airwork Limited and the commercial support of Sudan Railways.

The majority of the Airline Timetable Images collection consists of timetables from the collections of Björn Larsson, who established the Airline Timetable Images website over twenty years ago, and David Zekria. In addition to this are contributions from a number of other collectors. Bjorn picked up his first timetable in 1960, since then continuously adding materials to his collection, his primary interest in timetables of the Piston Era and especially from the late thirties to the late fifties. David has been collecting airline memorabilia for over 25 years, having now amassed in the region of 50,000 timetables. Since establishing the Airline Timetable Images website, a further section was added for airline baggage labels, supervised by Daniel Kusrow.

The Airline Timetable Images collection is in reality much larger than is available online and the process of digitising and sharing these items is an ongoing one. Comments and requests regarding the collection are welcomed, as are contributions to make the virtual archives of timetable images more useful for casual visitors and researchers alike.
